- Technicians: Chillers (up to 750 tons) & Process Cooling Equipment
- Technicians: Power Boilers & Cascade System Boilers
- Technicians: Precision Environment Systems & Positive Pressure
- Technicians: Controls - Certified Carrier Controls Experts (Minimum CS 1&2 Tier)
- Technicians: Controls - Pneumatic Systems
